What is the warranty?

Normally all of our items are guaranteed to arrive working normally and they come with 30-day warranty.

30 days is plenty of time to verify that you received a working item. If you need more than 30 days, an optional extended warranty (2 months) is available for emailing us. Of course the price will be little bit higher for 3 month warranty. After 30 days we do not accept any returns unfortunately. So if you need an extended warranty, be sure to inform us before placing orders, rather than waiting until order finalized.

30 day warranty means that the item must be returned to us (received by us) within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to the buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

If a replacement isn't available, then a full refund, including shipping & handling charges, will be given.

Please note: Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all included items - returning the item damaged or dismantled or used will void the warranty.

Steps to proceed return:

A: Email us picrures to show where and what is the problem of the defective items, and to show "AVISO Stamp" or "AVISO lable" to certify they are purchased from us.

B: According to your pictures, our QC will conduct a basic evaluation. If the claim is reasonable, then we will ask you to ship back defective items by shipping cost prepaid. If unreasonable, then replacement or refund will be denied.

C: Unpon receiving returned items, our QC will do a primary inspection and test. If the part was NOT damaged by human being due to improper handling during installation, then we will arrange a replacement asap. If the parts is damaged by human, then we are so sorry that they are void warranty.
