1. How to get samples?
Samples are available. please email us at sales@iphone-spares.com. Samples will be shipped via Express shipping: DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS, TNT..after your payment.
Note: Aviso does not supply any free sample to our first customer, and normally sample is more expensive than wholesale. However the difference between sample price & bulk price will be refunded when you order at bulk again.

2. How to place an Order?
a > Contact us online OR email us your proposed order with Qty each item.
b > We will response to you with prices according to your order Qty within 24 hours.
c > After your final confirmation of the price and Qty, we will issue official PI to you.
d > Our QC team will strat inspecting & testing goods.
e > Our shipping department will ship the goods and inform you the tracking No. after getting your payment receipt.

3. What is the Minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is 10 pcs each item for LCD displays;
10 pcs for full housings, faceplate and back covers;
20 pcs for flex cables, speakers, and other small parts;
30 pcs for protect film;

4. How to ship my order?
Express Courier - DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS ( Door to door service ), which usually takes 3 working days worldwide.
EMS / China Post / Hong Kong Post / Hong Kong EMS, which usually takes 7-10 working days worldwide.

5. What is the shipping charges?
All the prices quoted is NOT include shipping charges. Shipping rate/charge depends onyour total order weight/size. Also,shipping charges vary from Country to Country as well as shipping method. Therefore we can ONLY check how much is the exact shipping cost after you give us your order Qty.

6. What is delivery time?
1-3 working days is needed for preparing & testing, and shipping time by express is uaually 3-6 working days by DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, EMS...

7. What is payment methods?
Bank Transfer (1-3 working days to arrive) also knows as Wire transfer OR T/T
Western Union ( Same Day )
Paypal (for Sample order, Paypal fee is to be paid by buyer)

8: What is the warranty?
All of our items are guaranteed to arrive working normally, and they come with 30-day warranty.

30 days is plenty of time to verify that you received a working item. If you need more than 30 days, an optional extended warranty (2 months) is available for emailing us. After 30 days we do not accept any returns unfortunately. So if you need an extended warranty, be sure to inform us in advance, rather than waiting until after your 30 days has ended.

30 day warranty means that the item must be returned to us (received by us) within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to the buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

If a replacement isn't available, then a full refund, including shipping & handling charges, will be given.
Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all included items - returning the item damaged or dismantled will void the warranty.
