Early in this May, a report from Digitimes said that Largan Precision from Taiwan will be the mainly supplier of iPhone 5 camera moudle for Apple, at 8 million pixels.

Today a report from Taiwan Economy News also claimed that Genius Electronic Optical also will be produce the iPhone 5 camera moudle, besides the Largan Precision from Taiwan. All of us know that both of the manufacturers supplied iPhone 4 camera moudle for Apple.

It is reported that both of the suppliers will continue to produce iPhone 5 8 million pixels camera for Apple, however it is said that Largan Precision will get the major orders from Apple. The reason why Apple chose Largan Precision is that Largan Precision can meet Apple's demand on the production capacity, with 20% market share on len moudle globle.
