Smartphone - the Main Stream within next few Years

All of us know that nowadays smartphones is becoming more and more popular. Smartphones will exceed 10.30 billions, and most of the smartphones are with big touch screens, up to 97%, reported by ABI Research.
Under the demand from emerging marketof low -price mobiles, the globle market share of smartphone will exceed 50%, according to the reports by iSuppli. Meantime, they also claimed that in 2011 totally it will up to 478 millions, which is about 33% market share. And in 2015 it will hit 10.30 billions, around 54% market share globally.
iSuppli also reports that the main demands on cheaper smartphones are coming from India and China.
Meanwhile, another reports from ABI Research claimed that till 2016, up to 97% smartphone will be equipped with touch screens. however in 2006 it is only 7%. They further explained that the innovation of the technology on touch screens contributes the development of smartphones. Obviously iPhone from Apple is the most succesfully.
According to a new research from Gartner, Google Android system rank first, about 43.4% market share, Nokia Symbian is 22.1%, Apple iOs is 18.2% and RIM is 11.70. From last year the market share of RIM and Nokia Symbian decreased sharply. Now Nokia have decided to adopt Symbian system, and truned to Windows Phone. It is expected that Nokia smartphons with Window Phone will be available this end of year.
