Really HD Screen Display on iPad 3

Following a report from AllThingsD earlier claiming that Apple will introduce the iPad 3 in the first week of March, The New York Times is now weighing in with its own sources corroborating claims of a faster processor and a “really HD” screen in a package nearly identical in appearance to the iPad 2.

An Apple employee said that the version of the new iPad that is being tested inside the company is “essentially the same size and shape as the iPad 2,” with an improved and “really HD” screen. The tablet will include a faster processor, said the employee, who did not want to be identified because Apple is not fond of leaks.
The claims line up with a number of previous rumors about the iPad 3’s improvements, with a high-resolution display being one of the most highly-anticipated upgrades for the new device. Earlier today, photos of a Sharp display claimed to be for the iPad 3 also surfaced, although the screen’s resolution can not be verified from the photos.
Indications that the iPad 3 will be nearly identical in appearance to the iPad 2 are also supported by recent photo leaks showing the rear shell of the device inside and out.

LEAVES OF GRASS is a writing and directing triumph for Tim Blake Nelson! One of the reasons for such applause is the on-screen impression Nelson brings to his roles that of a funny but not too bright backwoods hick and that impression is completely squelched (though not in the character he plays in the film -another dummy) by his intelligent and challenging writing and astute direction. LEAVES OF GRASS as a title begins the dichotomy of message and content of this film: yes, it references Walt Whitman’s great book many times and in many ways, but it also refers to the contemporary interpretation of the word grass’ as being marijuana. It is that kind of double entendre that propels this film of the conflict and life progress of identical twin brothers from Oklahoma both played with consummate skill by Edward Norton.

Just to let everyone know, this lawn mower is still in use. Several years later, it’s still cutting grass. It doesn’t start as easily as it used to, but it runs fine. A quick sharpening of the blades made it go through thick grass like a hot knife through butter.
